Meet Jessica Carruth
I’m Jessica Carruth, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN) and Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) dedicated to helping you detox, lose weight, and restore balance in your body. Trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, I blend modern science, holistic practices, and insights from over 100 dietary theories to create truly personalized wellness plans.
My approach is simple—no rigid diets or quick fixes. Grounded in the principle of bio-individuality (no two bodies are the same), I use whole-foods nutrition, functional medicine, Human Design, and innovative lifestyle coaching to help clients boost energy, reduce stress, rebalance the body, and feel confident from the inside out.
